Savoury popcorn can make a delicious low FODMAP snack and this cheese and chive recipe is my favourite. If you haven’t made fresh popcorn before you would be surprised at how quick and easy it is. Savoury flavours like this work just as well as sweet (see my Sweet Smoky Popcorn recipe.) It’s easy to scale-up, you could make a larger quantity if you’re having guests round.
